1. **Rescheduling Policy:** - You may reschedule your session within 48 hours from the original booking date. - To reschedule, please contact us at 413-693-5500 at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
2. **Late Arrival Policy:** - If you are late by more than 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show. - Please call us if you are running late to inform us of the delay. - We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the session start time for set-up.
3. **Cancellation Policy:** - For cancellations, late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, or no-shows, we do not offer refunds. - In the event of a late arrival or no-show, we only offer the option to reschedule the session.
4. **Process for Rescheduling:** - If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. - You can reschedule your session within 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability.
5. **No Refund Policy:** -Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
